Dedicated University student with experience in studying and volunteering, ready for new challenges and work my hardest for anything that will come towards me. I am very fast at adapting to new environments and working with new people. Seeking experience in the Arts, with particular focus on Film/Theatre, Music, and the digital.
Online English Teacher - 11/2020 - now. Developed student confidence and competence in the understanding of the English language through communication, grammar, assessment and guidance.
Worked in Ghana with young children from the ages of 6 to 14 by teaching English and Mathematics for a month in 2019. Also worked with other volunteers to plaster and paint a school so that students could study there.
University of Reading — Film and Theatre, 1st Year. (Graduation expected in 06/24).
Up until now I have developed skills such as Video editing, music editing, sound mixing and digital editing. I work with applications like Final Cut Pro, Procreate and Pixelmator. I have developed classroom and behaviour management skills thanks to my experience in Ghana. I also have other skills, for example Lesson planning, Tutoring and engagement with teaching techniques. I am studying Film and Theatre so I am developing my Filming, editing, screenwriting, and much else while managing to stay motivated to work harder and harder.
